Message	from the already overtaxed receiver (if you use its internal amps), the thing they're taking issue with is that the stereo gets power when you have the key in the ON position, and it's interrupted when you crank it to IGN. So every time you start your car, you're starting it, immediately killing it, and power cycling it again.
